If you elect to move forward with the process we will enter into a Design Agreement to produce full house and site plans. We will also finalize all specifications and allowance budgets for cabinetry, appliances, flooring, fixtures and landscaping to meet your budget and expectations.
It starts with a no obligation, one-on-one consultation. We will personally meet with you to fully understand your vision, needs, desires and budget. We can build on our land, land you currently own or assist you in finding the perfect home site.
Upon agreement of the conceptual plan, specifications and location, we will then be able to offer you a realistic project estimate for costs and completion.
The Building Process
Upon completion of the plans a final bid price can typically be provided within 10 business days. Should you decide not to proceed with the process, you pay only the costs associated with preparing the plans, which then become your property.
If you choose to engage our services, we will then enter into a Construction Agreement which will identify completion date, along with the specifications and plans. You will be provided with a vendor list for all your selections and a calendar for the completion of the selections. We will assist you with every step of this process to ensure a pleasurable once in a lifetime experience.
